There shall not be any form of depictions relative to nude or pornographic material; extreme or distaining violence to another human
being or animal, hate related symbols or images (i.e. a Confederate Flag, Nazi Swastika (not to be confused with having any actual
relation to a plain Maltese Cross), KKK ORION logo, etc.), recognized gang affiliation symbols or images, (i.e. hand signs related to
the Bloods, Crips; abbreviations related to the Nortanios (XIV, X4, 14), Soranios (XIII, X3, Sur 13), Asian Boyz Gang (ABZ), or
religious extremist groups, brotherhoods, etc.), posted anywhere upon this site, whether by authorized or unauthorized upload or by any
form or means of hot-linking, either publicly or privately; depictions are to be understood as any form of electronic media consisting
of or as a viewable image or a viewable image file, or display of plain text, regardless of textual font or color. In simpler
terms if public broadcast television would not air the media image in question, neither will this Community permit it to be posted so
as to be viewable in any fashion upon this Website. Any such discovered images will be removed immediately upon their finding by
the appropriate Administrator or Moderator.
i. Discussions on these matters are permitted and displaying reasonable images for educational purposes
within the discussion is permitted at the discretion of the Administration and assigned Moderator, though using such an image as a
personal Avatar or Signature is not appropriate and will not be tolerated.
Any blatantly violent or Terroristic Statement either via Posting, Posting Reply, E-mail, or Private Message (PM) will result in an immediate Banning of the offender, locking of the Topic were the incident took place (as applicable.)  All Administrators and Moderations will work in full cooperation with law enforcement should such as so be requested by the victim to bring such an unlawful matter to a swift, timely, and justified close. This Community will not tolerate these types of unwarranted and unjustly attacks upon any other Member. Terrorist and Violent Statements would be those which pertain to the blatant and premeditated taking of another beings life, burning of their property by means of arson or explosive device, committing a heinous act upon another such as forcing the rape of another (a victim), holding the person (a victim) captive, holding the person (a victim) for ransom, torturing the person (a victim), etc., (Terrorist Threats are covered under: Penal Code §422; §653m; Libel and Slander are covered under Civil Code; §46; Sexual Harassment is covered under: Civil Code: §51.9; Stalking/CyberStalking is covered under: Penal Code 646.9; Civil Code: §1708.7; Injunctions to Prevent Harassment are covered under: Civil Procedure: §527.6. For further clarity these are referenced visa vie California law, though are applicable, although potentially varied throughout all Continental States.)
Regarding, the spirit of exception would obviously preclude that of a joking statement or statements giving a potential scenario or example that could occur stated for an educational or relevant discussion within the appropriate Forum (regardless of it actually being a real-life scenario/example or not) would not uphold the same impact as a lawful violation of a Terroristic Threat and thus would not attribute to such a violation that would impact as a considered violation of this stated standard; such as stating (as an example to prove a point or potential future threat during an appropriate discussion): "Really, well how would you feel about the death penalty if I were to tie you up so that you could watch me as I torture and kill your entire family?" vs. (matter-of-factly out of spite and anger) "You are a total idiot, I am going to come over to your house while you are asleep to tie you up, so that I can pull out every last one of your fingernails, rape your sister, and then torch your house to get rid of all the evidence!" Conclusively, neither of the above hypothetical statements (or any such statement for that matter) lends exception to alleged wrongdoing regardless if it is misinterpreted by the subject-target of the statement or not, and regardless of the Speakers/Posters actual intention within the point of their statement, whether it being intended as a joke or not, thus, discretion of such statements are left at the sole responsibly of the Speaker/Poster as are the repercussions of such statements should they be made.
Smack Talk and Flaming will be constituted by any form of discussion or topic that includes any combination of racist slurs and/or
remarks, sexual references and/or innuendos, personal degradation and/or prejudgments on the part of the Speaker/Poster; or posted
content that is/was primarily for the purpose of belittling another Member. None of these violations shall be considered grounds
for disbandment or disciplinary action, though these posts will be (Admin/Mod Tagged) and moved to the appropriate "Reality Check!"
Forum as deemed necessary.
i. Exception for stipulation to Disbandment or Disciplinary Action of offending Members; if a Member or
Members feels they are being targeted and harassed by another Member or Members they shall advise the aggressing party(ies) either
publicly or privately to thus, clearly state and iterate to them their concerns by means of a kind request and wish for the offending
party(ies) to seize or limit their personal attacks upon the them, (the offended Member.) Should the aggressing party(ies)
continue violating the offended Member(s) request the offending party(ies) should then follow the guidelines stated within the
'Procedures for Reporting Discrepancies' and immediately contact their designated Staff Representative.
ii. Addendum; to qualify for above 'Exception to Disbandment or Disciplinary Action of offending Members
(i)', the offended Member(s) must remain civil towards the aggressor(s) or offending party(ies) at all times and notify their
designated Staff Representative of each offending and unaltered Post. If the Member(s) fails to do meet this qualification, it
will void the alleged dispute on the grounds of "mutual combat" and could result in a qualification of the above 'Exception to
Disbandment or Disciplinary Action of offending Members (i)' for all involved Members or parties.
iii. Members are free to speak in the given manner, tone, and verbal dialect that they so wish, using
their own judgment and moral taste. This Community is one that will remain true to reasonable rights to freedoms of speech and
will do so on the knowledge and understanding that at times there are certain subject matters and/or means of discussion which may be
said in a given matter that will ultimately offend another Member or Members, this Community shall realize that this is a basic concept
of the human nature when dealing with protecting another's freedoms and rights to expression of their innermost self, thus one must
willingly expose themselves to the subjective of an ideal.
a. Stipulation: This section does not lend any rights to any Member or party as a consideration for
that Member or party or another Member or party to advance in a violation of any listed criteria within these guidelines. Good
faith and judgment are expected on the part of all Members; all Members are expected to fully comprehend the meaning of "civil" and
"discretion".
iv. Slight or light joking and poking of other members are permitted in Forums outside of the designated
"Reality Check!" Forum, unless there is a violation which would be incurred on the part of the aggressor or aggressors as
aforementioned; i.e. in normal circumstances it would be acceptable to make fun of or mock another Mmember in a Forum outside of
"Reality Check!", so long as that is not the obvious or sole intent of the post. i.e. stating: "WTF, basehead? Are you on back on the
crack again? That is was not the context in which Alex Jones spoke about Zionism! He was merely stating the scope is much more
broader then you seem to currently realize, he wants the mass populous to know that they should not fixate on a such narrow
perspective, that is what the NWO wants you to do.', would be acceptable as it qualifies as being a purposeful post; whereas a post
stating: "WTF, basehead? Are you back on the crack again?" would not be acceptable as it is clearly and purposefully libel towards
another Member with not other obvious purpose.
v. Cursing shall be permitted freely throughout the forums, though only Smack Talking, Flaming, and Trash
Talking will be permitted within the "Reality Check!" Forum. Curse filters have been set into place to delimit the impact of any
resulting over aggression on the part of any Member or Members.
